For the 19th consecutive year, Site Selection magazine has named Entergy a Top Utility in economic development.  The communities we serve continue to attract some of the nation’s most competitive and power‑intensive industries in the United States. In 2025, Entergy Mississippi helped secure $9.609 billion in capital investments and create nearly 1,177 new jobs within the Entergy Mississippi service area. 

Entergy Mississippi is investing in the future of higher education and workforce development by awarding $20,000 in STEM scholarships to four outstanding students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities, or HBCUs, and partner institutions across Mississippi.
