We are standing by to assist customers who are directly impacted by this closure with flexible utility bill payment arrangements to keep your service from being disrupted. Customers can always use the myAccount Online system below to quickly and easily set a future date for payment or our automated telephone system to request a payment extension for your bill.

Any customer who has been impacted by the partial shutdown can utilize these self-service tools or contact Entergy's customer care representatives who can help provide personalized assistance to those in need. If you or someone you know needs help, please contact our customer care team at myaccount@entergy.com and an Entergy representative will contact you within 24 business hours.
